Michael Dillon Price, 31, of River Falls, has been arraigned in St. Croix County on a charge of first degree intentional homicide, punishable by life in prison, after Amy Cathleen Theis, 47, of River Falls was found dead by apparent gunshot on Monday, April 24.
Bond for Price was set at $750,000 cash according to the River Falls Police Department. His next court appearance is scheduled for May 3.
Assisted by St. Croix County Sheriff’s Office, the River Falls Police Department responded to the 500 block of Bandle Street regarding an unconscious person early Monday morning.
