A 27-year-old rural River Falls man was buying shots and drinks for himself, his brother and patrons at The Corner Saloon, 128 N. Main St., last week. Then he allegedly tried paying a $95 tab with a bad credit card. The card was put back on the bar counter. He grabbed it and allegedly raced out with his brother.
