River Falls Paramedic Katy Frey waits at the triage station for actors to come through the main doors into the commons of the River Falls High School where the clinic is set up for the full scale training exercise. The exercise took place on June 24 and was part of the Cities Readiness Initiative which is a federally funded program that gets cities ready for a bioterrorist attack.
