Winter weather may have made the morning commute difficult Monday, Feb. 17. A car could be seen in the ditch at about 12:30 p.m., with a sheriff's department vehicle near it. A winter storm warning issued around 1:30 p.m., by the National Weather Service predicted a snow accumulation of around four to six inches Monday.
