Letter: Babies coming, our family needs some loving help

I am writing to announce a triple blessing surprise to our community. Lindsey DuBois and husband Herve, parents of Gianni 11, Bella 6, Calais 3, and Mia 2 and daughter to Dave and Janelle DuBois, have recently found out they are expecting triplet girls.

Lindsey is a 1999 River Falls High School graduate. She is working as a dialysis nurse in the Twin Cities area. Herve’ works for General Mills.

Lindsey has lived in River Falls for the last 30 years and their family recently relocated to Brooklyn Park, Minn., to be closer to work. Family and friends are holding a diaper drive, from 5-9 p.m. Dec. 20, at 1581 Covey Dr.

All are welcome to stop by have some coffee or tea and celebrate and show support to Lindsey and her family. We ask that if you’re able bring a box of diapers, or a frozen meal to help with the cost of welcoming these three little blessings into the world.

Lindsey is 24 weeks pregnant. The goal is to make it to 31 weeks with triplets. The next eight weeks are crucial for both Lindsey and the baby girls.

Lindsey and all three babies are doing well now. Lindsey will be delivering at United Hospital in St. Paul, hopefully no sooner than February.  We want to thank you for your time, prayers and support.
