Letter: This veterans’ movie is not one you should miss

At 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, the documentary movie “Honor Flight” will be shown at the Hudson 12 Theater.

The movie is based on the Milwaukee Honor Flight hub and follows four Wisconsin WWII veterans’ trip to Washington D.C. to see their WWII memorial.

After seeing this film a few months ago I wanted get it scheduled in our area. I have worked with Tugg and the Hudson 12 Theater to host this documentary.

Please check out the Tugg website and consider attending. Tickets must be purchased through this link. Part of the purchase price goes to the Twin Cities Honor Flight program, which includes western Wisconsin.

To have this movie released by Tugg, a set amount of tickets must be purchased by Sunday, Aug. 11. Please go online and order your tickets soon.

If you are part of the “greatest generation” or have a parent or grandparent from that era, then this is a “must see.” This is the best movie I have seen in a long time.
