Cory A. Mandelkow, 29, Spring Valley, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony bail jumping and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install charges Aug. 21. The charges stemmed from an Aug. 19 incident in Spring Valley.

Neil E. Schneider, 24, Rosemount, Minn., pleaded innocent and was ordered to pay $200 cash bail on possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges Aug. 21. The charges resulted from an April 16 incident in Ellsworth.

Chance A. Wadsworth, 18, Ellsworth, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on a negligent handling of burning material charge Aug. 21. The charge stemmed from a June 25 incident in Ellsworth.

Cory J. Young, 34, Bay City, was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bail on felony operator flee/elude officer, operating while revoked (alcohol related), resisting or obstructing an officer and misdemeanor bail jumping (four counts) charges Aug 25. The charges resulted from an Aug. 25 incident in the town of Hartland.

Alexis M. Aiple, 20, Lindstrom, Minn., waived extradition to Chisago County, Minn., Aug. 29, where she was charged Dec. 18, 2016 with gross misdemeanor drugs — fifth degree — possess schedule I, II, III, IV, not small amount marijuana.

Jon J. Dahl, 37, Bay City, posted a $5000 signature bond on a retail t heft — intentionally take charge Aug. 28. The charge resulted from a June 4 incident in River Falls.

Timothy J. Eaton, 35, Hastings, Minn., posted a $7,000 signature bond on a felony OWI — fourth charge Aug. 28. The charge stemmed from an Aug. 27 incident in the town of River Falls.

Richard L. Favor, 47 Prescott, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping charges Aug. 29. The charges resulted from a July 8 incident in Prescott.

Brandon D. Flisram, 21, Prescott, posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge Aug. 29. The charge stemmed from an Aug. 28 incident in Prescott.

Dion J. Gresham, 34, Minneapolis, waived extradition Aug. 31 to Hennepin County, Minn., where he was charged April 3, 2015 with felony traffic DWI — refuse to submit to chemical text and obstruct legal process — lawful execution legal process.

Tasha L. Hyke, 28, River Falls, posted a $3,000 signature bond on a felony bail jumping charge Aug. 31, as well as another $3,000 signature bond on felony bail jumping, felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. The charges resulted from incidents Aug. 22 in Ellsworth and Aug. 30 in River Falls.

Dane O.F. Johnson, 34, Maiden Rock, was ordered to pay $5000 cash bail on felony bail jumping (two), felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges Sept. 1. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 1 incident in the town of Hartland.

Warren A. Kocurek, 57, Rosemount, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond on a felony burglary — building or dwellling charge Aug. 28. The charge resulted from an Aug. 3 incident in Ellsworth.

Eric R. Mitzuk, 40, Ellsworth, pleaded innocent and was ordered to pay $150 cash bail on a disorderly conduct charge Aug. 28. The charge resulted from a June 24 incident in the town of Clifton.

Scott O. Myer, 58, Elmwood, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge Aug. 28. The charge stemmed from a July 8 incident in Elmwood.

Breanna M. Seekamp, 21, Maiden Rock, posted a $2,000 signature bond on resisting or obstructing an officer and possess drug paraphernalia charges Aug. 31. She also posted a $3,000 signature bond in a separate case on resisting or obstructing an officer and misdemeanor bail jumping charges Aug. 31. The charges stemmed from incidents March 30 in the town of Trenton and Aug. 30 in Ellsworth.

Shanley, 28, St. Paul, posted a $5,000 signature bond on four felony counts of take and drive vehicle without consent (as party to a crime) and a felony burglary — building or dwelling charge Aug. 28. The charges resulted from incidents June 20, 2013; Nov. 14, 2015; Feb. 19, 2016; and June 3, 2016 in River Falls.

Tyler C. Miller, 22, Prior Lake, Minn., pleaded innocent and was ordered to pay $150 cash bail on a disorderly conduct charge Sept. 11. The charge resulted from a May 31 incident in the town of Oak Grove.

Joseph A. Perry, 35, Prescott, posted a $1,500 signature bond on felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct charges Sept. 11. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 9 incident in Prescott.

Alisa M. Price, 36, River Falls, waived extradition Sept. 11 to Dakota County (Minnesota) Circuit Court, where she was convicted of a fifth degree drug possession charge April 14, 2016 and place on probation, but failed to meet the terms of her probation.

Matthew M. Regenscheid, 27, Bay City, pleaded innocent and posted two $1,000 signature bonds in two separate cases on operating while revoked (alcohol related), operating while revoked (alcohol related, fourth +), ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install and misdemeanor bail jumping (two) charges Sept. 11. The charges resulted from incidents Aug. 1 in the town of Diamond Bluff and July 25 in the town of Isabelle.

Breanna M. Seekamp, 21, homeless, posted a $3,000 signature bond on receiving or concealing stolen property and possess drug paraphernalia (both as party to a crime) charges Sept. 12. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 9 incident in the town of Hartland.

Julie A. Thompson, 58, Hager City, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on a disorderly conduct Sept. 11. The charge resulted from a Sept. 10 incident in the town of Diamond Bluff.

Daniel A. Ziemer, 32, Plymouth, Minn., posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine, possess drug paraphernalia and carry concealed weapon charges Sept. 15. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 14 incident in Prescott.

Closed cases

A disorderly conduct charge against Jayne M. Anderson, 54, Ellsworth, was dismissed Sept. 11. The charge resulted from a July 11, 2016 incident in Ellsworth.

Jeremy J. Clarin, 39, St. Cloud, was convicted of felony manufacture/deliver amphetamine, sentenced to one year in jail (concurrent with a Minnesota prison sentence) and fined $515 Sept. 11. A possession of THC charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents Oct. 19, 2015 in River Falls.

Operating while revoked (alcohol related) and misdemeanor bail jumping charges against Tyler C. Gilbertson, 27, Ellsworth, were dismissed Sept. 11. The charges resulted from an April 20 incident in Ellsworth.

An issue of worthless checks charge against Cynthia K. Mowery, 55, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was dismissed Sept. 11. The charge stemmed from a January 2004 incident.

A receiving or concealing stolen property charge against Anthony M. Oellrich, 24, River Falls, was dismissed Sept. 11. The charge resulted from a May 16, 2015 incident in River Falls.

Lynsey D. Poellinger, 23, Hastings, Minnesota, was convicted of possession of THC, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Sept. 11. Information was filed on possess with intent — psilocin, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia (all as party to a crime) charges. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 10 incident in the town of Trenton.

Bradley G. Rietmann, 41, Osseo, was convicted of vehicle operator flee/elude officer and sentenced to 182 days in jail Sept. 11. Two possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents May 1, 2016 in the town of Trenton and Dec. 23, 2015 in Spring Valley.

A criminal damage to property charge against Matthew D. Sackreiter, 21, Plainview, Minnesota, was dismissed Sept. 14. The charge stemmed from an incident in River Falls that occurred between April 23, 2015 and April 24, 2015,

Patrick D. Sullivan, 20, Bay City, was convicted of posts or publishes private representation without consent and disorderly conduct, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $886 Sept. 12. The charges resulted from a Jan. 10 incident in the town of Oak Grove.

Nathan T. Pendleton, 19, La Crosse, was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Aug. 28. The charge resulted from an April 13 incident in Bay City.

A disorderly conduct charge against Nina Abrahamson, 22, River Falls, was dismissed Aug. 21 upon completion of a deferred judgment agreement. The charge stemmed from an April 1, 2016 incident in River Falls.

Jeffrey M. Hamilton, 38, Minneapolis, was sentenced to two years of probation and fined $518 Aug. 21 on a June 21 felony misappropriate ID info — obtain money conviction. The charge resulted from a Dec. 12, 2012 incident in the town of Maiden Rock.

Amanda R. Hildebrandt, 34, River Falls, was convicted of possess with intent — THC, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $518 Aug. 21. Misdemeanor bail jumping, felony bail jumping and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents Aug. 19, 2016 in the town of Trenton and March 8 in River Falls.

A felony bail jumping charge against Rebecca L. Holm, 21, Ellsworth, was dismissed Aug. 21 upon completion of a deferred judgment agreement. The charges resulted from a May 20, 2015 incident in the town of Ellsworth.

A possession of THC charge against Jeffrey B. Jablonski, 51, Red Wing, Minn., was dismissed Aug. 23 upon completion of a deferred judgment agreement. The charge stemmed from an April 12, 2016 incident in the town of Trenton.

OWI — fourth and possession of THC charges against Timm R. Jensen, 53, Amberg, were dismissed Aug. 23. The charges resulted from a June 14 incident in the town of Maiden Rock.

Bobbi J. Joliff, 44, Ellsworth, was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer (two counts) and disorderly conduct, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $1,514 Aug. 22. The charges stemmed from a Dec. 24, 2016 incident in Ellsworth.

Two felony forgery — uttering charges (as party to a crime) against Katina A. Remer, 32, Richfield, Minn., were dismissed Aug. 22. The charges resulted from incidents Feb. 16 and 18 in Prescott.

Michala R. Husemann, 21, Hudson, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property and entered a deferred judgment agreement Aug. 14. The charge resulted from an April 7, 2016 incident in Prescott.

Matthew P. Jones, 19, Knapp, was convicted of two counts of possession of THC, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $886 Aug. 15. The charges stemmed from a March 9 incident in Ellsworth.

Michael S. Latessa, 35, Stillwater, Minn., was convicted of battery and fined $443 Aug. 15. The charge resulted from a July 2, 2016 incident in River Falls.

Sandra K. Linder, 57, Spring Valley, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and entered a deferred judgment agreement Aug. 15. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 21 incident in Spring Valley.

Caleb J. Pease, 31, River Falls, was convicted of possess amphetamine/LSD/psilocin, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Aug. 14. Substantial battery — intend bodily harm, felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Jan. 16 and 21 in River Falls.

Arielle J. Prinzing, 25, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $210.80 Aug. 15. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 18 incident in River Falls.

Brandy A. Stewart, 38, Menomonie, was sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Aug. 15 at a sentencing hearing. She was convicted of possess drug paraphernalia Jan. 19. The charge resulted from a Jan. 29, 2016 incident in Spring Valley.

Cody J. Tomfohrde, 24, Pine Island, Minn., was convicted of battery, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Aug. 14. Tomfohrde pleaded guilty to a substantial battery — intend bodily harm charge and entered a deferred judgment agreement. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 4, 2015 incident in River Falls.

Michael J. Weiss, 26, Elmwood, was convicted of OWI — second, sentenced to 40 days in jail with 10 days stayed pending successful completion of the IDIP Program, ordered to install ignition interlock and undergo an alcohol assessment and fined $1,429 Aug. 14. His license was revoked for 12 months. Operating while revoked (alcohol related) and disorderly conduct charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from an April 29 incident in Elmwood.

Kevin J. McNamara, 32, Ellsworth, was convicted of disorderly conduct, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Aug. 7. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 22 incident in Ellsworth.

Lori S. Mears, 52, Maiden Rock, was convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $518 Aug. 7. A possess drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from an April 20, 2016 incident in the town of Ellsworth.

Michael P. Rose, 38, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Aug. 7. Information was filed on a battery charge. The charges stemmed from a March 27 incident in River Falls.

Possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges against Myles J. Vanholbeck, 19, Prescott, were dismissed Aug. 7. The charges resulted from an April 21 incident in the town of River Falls.

Bruce R. Williams, 61, Trego, was found guilty of bribery of agent/servant/employee and entered a deferred judgment agreement Aug. 7. Information was filed on receiving stolen property (as party to a crime), fraudulent writings/by forgery (as party to a crime), forgery — writings or objects (as party to a crime) and agent accept commission/bonus charges. The charges resulted from incidents on and between Aug. 18, 2014 and April 19, 2016 in the town of Trenton.

Steve S. Ybarra, 35, Prior Lake, Minn., was convicted of resisting an officer and fined $210.80 Aug. 10. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 31 incident in Ellsworth.

Kemp T. Terry III, 27, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $210.80 July 31. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 22 incident in River Falls.

A battery charge against Marissa A. Wilson, 22, River Falls, was dismissed July 31 upon completion of a deferred prosecution agreement. The charge resulted from a March 7 incident in River Falls.

Toni L. Yarrington, 31, Ellsworth, was convicted of disorderly conduct and battery, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $886 July 27. She entered a deferred prosecution agreement after pleading guilty to child abuse — intentionally cause harm. The charges stemmed from incidents on and between April 1, 2015 and June 1, 2015 and Oct. 7, 2016 in River Falls.

A disorderly conduct charge against Kelly L. Veesenmeyer, 28, White Bear Lake, Minn., was dismissed July 12 upon successful completion of a deferred judgment agreement. The charge stemmed from a May 23, 2015 incident in Prescott.

Criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to dwelling charges against Nathan D. White, 21, Ellsworth, were dismissed July 17. The charges resulted from a Dec. 17 incident in River Falls.

Anthony P. Wicklace, 42, Ellsworth, was sentenced nine months in jail (time served), two years in prison and two years of extended supervision with 384 days of credit July 13 at a probation revocation hearing. Wicklace was convicted of criminal damage to property, felony OWI — fourth within five years and receiving stolen property Oct. 1, 2012. The charges stemmed from incidents Oct. 8-9 and Nov. 23-28, 2011 in Ellsworth, and Oct. 16, 2011 in the town of Trenton.

A disorderly conduct charge against Nina Abrahamson, 22, River Falls, was dismissed Aug. 21 upon completion of a deferred judgment agreement. The charge stemmed from an April 1, 2016 incident in River Falls.
