Dr. Annette M. Harel has practiced chiropractic in the Hudson area for 20 years. She graduated in 1988 from Northwestern Health Science University, Bloomington, MN. Dr. Harel utilizes full spine adjusting including extremity adjusting (arms/legs). Her techniques include Diversified manual adjusting, Thompson Drop Piece, and Activator technique. Dr. Harel helps patients with their diet, exercise, and nutritional needs. Dr. Harel treats children and pregnant women. She has a special interest in sports related injuires, as well as auto and work accident injuries. |

Biofreeze is a self-applicable form of cryotherapy (cold therapy) that gives relief of pain from sore muscles and joints associated with arthritis, backaches, strains, and sprains.

Vitamins
We carry an extensive supply of vitamins, mineral and herbal supplements from the pharmaceutical grade Metagenic vitamin line. That means that the vitamins were tested for quality, purity and quantity.
All patients and massage clients receive 10% off vitamins and products. We offer monthly specials of 20% off on vitamins and a vitamin plan card, which gives you a $25 gift certificate towards a future purchase after purchasing $250 in vitamins. We will be offering a 10 day detox program and weight loss program in 2012.
TENS Units and Massagers
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, more commonly referred to as a “TENS” unit, uses the application of electrical current through the skin for pain control and reduction of muscle spasm.
Orthopedic Pillows
Orthopedic pillows provide support for your neck and upper back. They help relieve pain and numbness, and reduce headaches and snoring.
Leg Spacers
Leg spacers help side sleepers to reduce lower back and hip pain. They relieve leg and hip pain, numbness or tingling, and sciatica.
Lumbar Pillows
Lumbar pillows provide lumbar back support at your desk or in a chair or in your car. They have a strap to attach to a desk chair. They can help ease back pain and improve posture.
Lumbar Supports
Lumbar supports act as a brace to support the lower spine and hips. Patients are able to walk and move with full support of the lower back.
Thumpers
We carry a great massager with dual heads, long handle for self use and a heavy duty motor for a deeper massage. The mini pro2 and sport thumper relief muscle tightness, knots and pain relief.
