Pierce County Public Health Department is proud to announce the appointment of Pierce County Public Health Nurse Kelsi Winter to a state-level leadership position in the reproductive health field. Winter was elected to be the 2019 Secretary of the Wisconsin Family Planning Reproductive Health Association (WFPRHA) at the most recent board and large group meeting held in De Forest.

WFPRHA is a statewide professional association of providers, organizations and advocates committed to accessible and equitable reproductive health care services to people of all ages and incomes throughout Wisconsin. WFRPHRA member organizations provide high-quality, cost-effective services to women and men throughout Wisconsin. This network of reproductive providers meets several times throughout the year to provide leadership that supports and enhanced the quality of reproductive health care and family planning programs. Winter's participation in this association will help ensure Pierce County residents' reproductive health needs remain part of the state-level conversation.
