Noah's Ark floats into Jacob's Ladder

Local painter David Markson, painted a stairway mural at Ezekiel Lutheran church in the Jacob's Ladder preschool and childcare area. Ezekiel also uses that area for Sunday school.

The painting is a series of Noah's Ark-themed paintings which include. A rainbow connects seeral different images including a dove, a picture of animals leaving the ark, a picture of animals on the arc, and a picture of Jesus with some lambs.

"We just really are appreciateive of it and just think David did a great job of it," said Ezekiel Lutheran diaconal minister Kim

Suhr said Ezekiel Lutheran church recieved a donation for the mural from a church member who wished to remain anonymous. She said a church employees met with Markson to plan out the mural. 

Suhr said the mural is a "uniqe addition" to the church. She said the children like it too.

"The older kids, they kind of got ot see it being devleoped," Suhr said. "I think they kind of enjoyed looking at it as he was painting it."

Suhr said the painting was finsihed in early December.
