Well-dressed people, several in sequined and feathered masks gathered together Thursday evening, Feb. 6, for the the River Falls Chamber of Commerce's annual "chOSCARS" banquet. This year's theme was "Mardi Gras Masquerade."

Winners were announced for the year's awards which included: Citizen of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, "Chamber Champ," small business of the year and large business of the year.
