Library patrons learn about JFK intrigue

In honor of the 50th anniversary of President John. F. Kennedy's assassination, the River Falls Public Library organzied two free presentations Wednesday, Nov. 20 and Saturday, Nov. 23. 

Wednesday's program focused on Kennedy, the assassination, and various conspiracy theories. It was presented by Ed Vlack, Larry Bystrom and David Page, local experts and enthusiasts.

A second program focusing more on Kennedy’s life, presidency, and the assassination will be on Saturday, Nov. 23, starting at noon with a 90-minute display of artifacts, documents and publications related to Kennedy and the assassination. A talk by Vlack and Bystrom will begin at 1:30 p.m.

The event will be in the library's lower level.
