Sixth annual Mr. RFHS: Come for the fun
The public is invited to a family friendly pageant at River Falls High School next Thursday, March 23.
Set for 7 p.m. in the Doris Fuka Auditorium, the Mr. River Falls High School Pageant is an annual fundraiser to raise money for the Rhino's Foundation.
The Rhino's Foundation provides direct cash donations to families in the western Wisconsin area affected by cancer and supports to programs at local cancer centers that benefit local cancer patients.
There are two contestants from each high school grade that are judged on stage presence, talent, and Q&A.
Winners selected will be crowned Mr. Congeniality, Mr. Popularity, and, of course, Mr. RFHS.
The judging panel was selected from the high school and Rhino's Foundation. It consists of police liaison officer Chris Gottfredsen, Dan Hoffman, Andrea Sorenson, Jared GrothOlson, and Kari VanDell.
This is the sixth consecutive Mr. RFHS Pageant. Previous contestants still in high school will be performing an alumni dance.
The pageant is open to all community members. This is considered to be a good event to attend as a family. Organizers say you'll laugh way too hard and leave with smiles.
This year's pageant contestants are: Nathan Price, Jake Hartmon, Seth Watson, Seth Kohel, Cooper Andrea, Eli Vanderwagen, Chance Kamrowski, and Mason Linehan.
