Letter: Story ending didn't belong

This regards last week's front-page story: "Funeral pending for RF man killed in fall from 'party bus.'

I found it in incredibly poor taste to end the article with two paragraphs relating to the deceased's brother's legal issues. It is another tragic end to a young life, one that he had not anticipated at the beginning of the night.

It would have been a fitting memorial had it ended with the last sentence; that he was a valued employee of Capital Safety.

Just because it's "news" doesn't mean it needs to be tarnished.
