Sophomore running back Taylor Edwards ran for 246 yards and two touchdowns and UW-River Falls’ picked off five passes and returned two for touchdowns as the Falcon football team made for a happy homecoming with a 40-27 victory over Alma College (Mich.) The River Falls High School Band Boosters will host a tailgate party prior to the River Falls vs. Chippewa Falls homecoming football game at Ramer Field on Friday, Sept. 25, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The public is invited.
