A 17-year-old boy was arrested for battery last week at a home on Eighth Street for allegedly swearing at his mother, then pushing her so that she fell on her infant son who sat on a bouncy chair on the floor. When the stepfather tried to restrain the teenager, the two toppled over the family Christmas tree.
The Pierce County District Attorney’s office charged on Oct. 15 Kyle D. Drinkwine, 25, Roberts, with attempted battery of a police officer, a class H felony, and with obstruction for an incident that happened in River Falls Sept. 15.
The Pierce County district attorney filed a criminal complaint Tuesday against Anthony Parnell Seifert, 1457 Wildcat Court, #107, for misdemeanor battery, intimidation of a victim and physical abuse of a child with intent to cause bodily harm.
