PetaPalooza this weekend, dogs welcome to compete
For the second year running, St. Croix Valley residents will get a chance to attend a gathering they can bring their dogs to at the Second annual "PetaPalooza" event on Sunday Sept. 30 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Warren Township Park.

Roadrunners visit Dam Days
The Spring Valley Dam Days was the next to last stop on the 2012 parade tour for the Zor Roadrunners Precision Go Kart team. Under the direction of Capt. Jerry Wilkens of River Falls the team performed at numerous parades this summer. Their last appearance of the year will be the River Falls Homecoming and Shriners parade on Saturday, Sept. 29.

Hale shares the rewards of volunteering for hospice

The St. Croix Valley Collectors Association will hold their 27th annual Threshing Bee and Barn Dance on Saturday, Aug. 18 and Sunday, Aug. 19 at the Village Park in Roberts.
