Masked gunman hits Dick’s Plus
River Falls police are seeking a robber who got away with cash around 10 p.m. Monday at Dick’s Plus Hometown Liquor, 1141 S. Main St. The two clerks on duty were unhurt. No customers were in the store. The white male suspect, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and handkerchief over his face, held a handgun and demanded money. A 20-year-old Farmington, Minn., man was arrested for substantial battery, underage drinking and property damage for allegedly attacking three people, including two women, at a late Friday night party at 120 S. Teen charged with taking safe of valuables in rural burglary
A 17-year-old local boy was charged with a felony last month for burglarizing a town of River Falls home. Among the things he allegedly stole were a locked safe and expensive jewelry.
