Young-and-eager business consultants visited the River Falls Community Food Pantry last week to listen, learn and begin a semester-long project of service to help the non-profit organization.

CVTC graduating class emerges diverse, hopeful

Graduate comes full circle: Student, mother, student

Anne Finstad realized as she approached Meyer Middle School for the rehearsal of her Chippewa Valley Technical College graduation, it looked awfully familiar. A River Falls resident since the 6th grade, she’d graduated high school in the same building and on the same stage that is now Meyer.

These students who live in River Falls have been placed on the Chippewa Valley Technical College's president's list. The list of academic distinction is earned by performance. Students who have achieved a 3.5 grade point average or higher are listed. Spring semester 2010 students carrying six or more credits are eligible.

Valuable experience, helpful workers
