Troy Board denies rezoning for sports complex
The Troy Town Board denied a request to rezone residential property at 570 Coulee Trail to commercial at a meeting last Thursday. Ed Hendricks, who owns the property, wants to build a community sports complex on the land where a nursery formerly operated.

Work continues on key 21st century infrastructure project in Troy
Last summer Baldwin Telecom Inc. learned it was a successful applicant for a $4,533,949 matching grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Utilities Services for a broadband deployment project throughout the town of Troy.
