Boys’ hoops advances to regional final The River Falls boys’ basketball team went on a 15-2 run in the final six minutes to erase a 31-25 deficit and defeat D.C. Everest, 40-33, in a regional semifinal game Tuesday night in River Falls. The eighth-seeded Cats (18-5) move on to face top-seeded Antigo (21-0) in a regional final game Saturday at 7 p.m. in Antigo.

Tickets for boys’ basketball playoff game on sale Thursday PressPass

Tickets for the Wildcat boys’ basketball team’s regional final game at Antigo Saturday night will be sold Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the high school activities office. Tickets cost $4 each. A fan bus to the game will leave from the high school at 2 p.m. Saturday. Cost will be around $20 depending on the number of people who sign up.
