About Faith Lutheran, Welch says: “I’m blessed that this is a spiritually mature congregation. The members have functioned quite well without a full-time pastor. Paul was a faithful minister of God, and you can see that in the people who worship here. They all believe in stepping up and serving the lord. That’s because Paul was able to cultivate that message.”
