Letter: Not being presidential 
While there seems to be plenty of fingerpointing and blame to go around concerning the BP oil spill, President Obama is sounding not too presidential telling Matt Lauer that he is looking for “whose ass to kick.”
Strangely enough, before this oil spill, the U.S. government agency in charge of off-shore drilling approved BP’s disaster plan, and BP was given a safety award by the Obama administration shortly before the tragedy occurred.

Town resident calls fire, ambulance bills a mistake 
Art Vandewater went before the Clifton Town Board earlier this week to contest a January fire call bill. He said he shouldn’t have to pay because he never asked for a fire truck or ambulance to come to his home.
