TOWN OF RIVER FALLSPUBLIC HEARING
The Town of River Falls will hold a public hearing on revisions to Chapter 17.085(6)(a) on Sept 7, 2010 at 7:20 P.M. at the Town Hall. The revision relates to minimum lot sizes in the light Industrial area. Currently, the minimum lot size is 2 acres. The revision would reduce minimum lot size to 1 acre to attract smaller businesses. Further information on code revisions can be obtained from Town Zoning Administrator Jerome Rodewald at 715-425-0228.

INFORMATIONAL MEETING
The Town of River Falls Land Use Ad Hoc Committee will sponsor an informational meeting on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the River Falls Town Hall, W9015 770th Ave. St. Croix County UWEX Resource Agent, Peter Kling, will provide information on the new Wisconsin Working Lands Initiative Program. The public is invited to attend to learn more about this new state program.

TOWN OF RIVER FALLS PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of River Falls will hold public hearings on revisions to Chapter 17 of the Town Code (Zoning Code) on Monday, July 19, 2010. The revisions relate to height exemptions for ham radio towers and minimum lot sizes in light industrial zones. The public hearings will be held at 7:00P.M. (Planning Committee) and 8:15 P.M. (Town Board Meeting). Further information on the zoning code revisions can be obtained from Town Zoning Administrator, Jerome Rodewald at 425-0228.
