Jacqueline West, 1998 River Falls High School graduate, will be releasing the third book in her New York Times best-selling series for young readers. The Books of Elsewhere, Volume 3: The Second Spy (published by Dial/Penguin) will be available in bookstores and online starting Thursday, July 5. A book release party with readings, an author talk, and games, will be held at the Red Balloon Bookstore at 891 Grand Avenue in St. Paul on Friday, July 13 at 7 p.m.
