Halloween nears as arrested man interrogates River Falls patrol officer
A 23-year-old orange-costumed rural River Falls man was stopped for kicking a Bubba's Fried Chicken trash can down Main Street before 2 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 28. As an officer identified himself and ordered the man to stop, the man resisted and asked the officer: 'Who are you?' The officer identified himself a second time as the man continued to resist and insist the officer wasn't a cop.

Over the weekend police officers subdued a variety of mostly young men committing acts of disorderly conduct. A 25-year-old Hudson man was cited for lewd and lascivious behavior after pulling down his pants in front of Domino's Pizza and exposing his buttocks to an officer after he was ordered to leave Boomer's Bar because of a run-in with a bouncer.
