River Falls’ sophomore Anne Frisbie placed 9th with a time of 14 minute, 38.6 seconds in the 4,000 meter Division 1 girls’ race at the WIAA State Cross Country Championships Saturday, Oct. 27, in Wisconsin Rapids.
