Pedestrian killed near Roberts identified; 36-year-old driver in custody
An 84-year-old woman was killed after being struck by a car just after 3 p.m. east of Roberts on County Road TT, between 130th and 140th streets. The striking vehicle fled the scene but sheriff's deputies spotted the suspect car and arrested the driver, Robert C. Boles, in Hudson about 20 minutes later.

The Spring Valley Dam Days was the next to last stop on the 2012 parade tour for the Zor Roadrunners Precision Go Kart team. Under the direction of Capt.
