The River Falls U11 boys’ traveling soccer team took second place at a tournament in Maplewood, Minn. June 9-10. Former Wildcat earns hockey scholarship to West Point
Luke Jenkins was a two-time All-Big Rivers Conference player, two-year team captain and All-State selection in high school with the Wildcat hockey team. But after graduating from River Falls in 2009, he wasn’t sure he’d ever play organized hockey again.

Sunday's crash claims third victim, fourth also 'critical'; services today for Stillwater couple
A Prescott man died overnight Wednesday at Regions Hospital in St. Paul as a result of injuries suffered in a head-on crash last Sunday on Hwy. 35 south of Prescott. Randy J. Tape, 51, had been transported by helicopter from the scene along with his passenger, 53-year-old Tammy A. Decker, of Hastings, Minn. She remains in critical condition.
