A 22-year-old St. Paul man who said he was a Mexican citizen allegedly head-butted another man who was with his estranged girlfriend and held up the girlfriend's small child and told the woman to say goodbye to her son. Over the weekend police officers subdued a variety of mostly young men committing acts of disorderly conduct. A 25-year-old Hudson man was cited for lewd and lascivious behavior after pulling down his pants in front of Domino's Pizza and exposing his buttocks to an officer after he was ordered to leave Boomer's Bar because of a run-in with a bouncer.
