The River Falls Area Optimist Club and the Kinnic Falls Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc. will be offering placement of the American flag on Flag Day, June 14; Fourth of July; River Falls Parade Day, July 13; Labor Day, Sept. 3; Sept. 11 and Veterans’ Day, Nov. 11. For a $35.00 donation a flag will be placed in front of your home or at the end of your drive on the above dates.
