Crash closes westbound I-94 for six hours
Westbound I-94 east of Hudson was closed for six hours on Thursday, June 7, in the wake of a five-vehicle crash involving two semi tractor-trailers. Just one person, Mary A. Kielpinski, 63, of Eau Claire was seriously injured in the accident.

The Pierce County district attorney’s office filed a complaint Wednesday, June 6, charging 17-year-old Tanner Brown of River Falls with one count of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and one count of reckless driving causing injury.

A Prescott man died overnight Wednesday at Regions Hospital in St. Paul as a result of injuries suffered in a head-on crash last Sunday on Hwy. 35 south of Prescott. Randy J.
