An 84-year-old woman was killed after being struck by a car just after 3 p.m. east of Roberts on County Road TT, between 130th and 140th streets. UPDATE: Driver cited after River Falls bypass crash
Two drivers were seriously hurt and had to be extricated following a near head-on crash just after 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, on the Hwy. 65/35 bypass a half mile south of the East Division Street. Afterward the bypass was closed until early afternoon. River Falls police have cited one of the drivers, David Kirscht, 24, Garfield, Minn., for inattentive driving and operating left of center.
