A 27-year-old man was found wandering inside of Lori’s Massage, 303 N. Second St., just as it was about to open Tuesday morning, Feb. 14 (Valentine’s Day). The suspect was in the hair-dressing area. Police were summoned. The man, who claimed he’d just moved to River Falls, had no idea where he was.
