The Wisconsin National Guard's 82nd Agribusiness Development Team recently completed three intense weeks cultivating the knowledge and skills needed for next year’s Afghanistan deployment. The ADT spent more than two weeks at Fort McCoy, honing basic warrior tasks. Members then exchanged one type of field training for another, taking part in a five-day “Ag 101” crash course.

The River Falls U12AA baseball team won the Mahtomedi (Minn.) U12AA Tournament May 21-22 to earn an automatic berth to the Metro State Baseball Tournament July 15-17. The team also took third place in the Eagan (Minn.) U12AA Tournament this past weekend.
