  • The Hudson High School Swing Choir performed at the 19th annual Distinguished Alumni dinner and presentation last week. They were accompanied on piano by choral director Kari Heisler.
  • Nancy Gartmann Hawkinson’s children, also Hudson High School alumni and her grandchildren attended the Wall of Fame ceremony last week. Also missing were a daughter-in-law Grit Hawkinson (Jay) of River Falls and granddaughter Julia Callaghan and her husband Patrick of Fridley, Minn.
  • Members of the Distinguished Alumni Award committee were on hand at the ceremony to welcome Nancy Gartmann Hawkinson, Class of 1957, and honor the late George G. Thompson, Class of 1936, as the 45th and 46th recipients of the award.
