  • On Saturday, Sept. 15, 133 runners raced out of First National Bank of River Falls’ parking lot and competed in the third annual Treat Yourself to Wellness 5K.

  • This year the Treat Yourself to Wellness 5K featured a kids fun run -- 24 kids chased after Captain Cash during the four-block race. At the finish kids were given medals and a coupon for a DQ treat.

  • During the Treat Yourself to Wellness 5k, Allina Health offered free health screenings. River Falls resident Ethel Johnson has her blood taken during one of those screenings.
  • After running the Treat Yourself to Wellness 5K, River Falls resident Tracey Kempf got her blood pressure checked during free health screenings hosted by Neighborhood Health Connection, a program sponsored by Allina Health; and First National Bank of River Falls.
