  • The Easter Bunny was spotted in Glen Park Saturday afternoon, April 27, when the River Falls Lions Club hosted a community Easter egg hunt in the park. After the quick and lively mad dashes to find over 2,000 hidden candy-stuffed eggs, children enjoyed taking part in several other games and activities set up near the park’s shelter, where a raffle of prizes was held. The Lions also sold food, snacks and beverages during the two-hour gathering to benefit their other charitable projects.
  • A re-instituted community Easter Egg Hunt was a huge success when several hundred area children and their families attended the event in Glen Park Saturday afternoon. After the egg hunt, kids also had fun playing Cowboy Bingo.

  • Lions Club member and local physician Dr. Bob Johnson volunteers by selling raffle tickets moments before winning numbers are announced.
  • Lucky winning numbers are announced to the throng of kids, moms and dads during a raffle held after the Easter egg hunt.
