Rochelle F. Kinneman, 74, of Ellsworth, Wis., died Saturday, Jan. 19, at the Red Wing Health Care Center, with her family by her side.

Rochelle was born on May 23, 1938, in Prescott, Wis., the daughter of Edward and Erma (Kusilek) Cotter. She was a graduate of Prescott High School. Rochelle married Robert L. Kinneman on Feb. 9, 1957, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Prescott.

Rochelle was known for being a strong woman with a big heart and was loved by all who knew her. Her passion was her family. She supported her grandkids in attending their sport and school functions, enjoyed gardening and fishing, and was well-known for her knack of cake decorating. She loved being busy and was such a hard worker and never complained. She was taken way too soon and so unfairly, but because of her teaching, we have faith and know and believe she is in a better place. She will be missed but never forgotten and will always be loved.

She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Ellsworth.

Rochelle is survived by her husband, Robert, Ellsworth; five children: Rebecca (Rick) Wilds, Prescott; Richard (Sue) Kinneman, Seoul South Korea; Ronald (Debbie) Kinneman, River Falls, Wis.; Randall (Pam) Kinneman, Prescott; Russell (Deb) Kinneman, Prescott; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson; sister, Arvilla Cotter, River Falls; brother, Alvin (Joan) Cotter, Hutchinson, Minn.

Rochelle was preceded in death by two grandsons, Craig and Matthew Kinneman, and her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, at St. Francis Catholic Church, Ellsworth. Friends and family are invited to call at the church from 4 p.m. until time of services at 7 p.m. Burial will be at the St. Joseph's Cemetery, Prescott, at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks instead to please make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.

Go to www.hillfuneralservice.com to send an online condolence to the family. Hill Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ellsworth, is serving the family.
