Kenneth Clarence "KC" Lowe, age 94, of River Falls, Wis., passed away March 17.

Kenneth Clarence "KC" Lowe, age 94, of River Falls, Wis., passed away March 17.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence; mother, Laura; and sister, Helen Murphy.

Kenny grew up in Larimore, N.D. He enjoyed all sports, especially baseball where he "handled the hot corner." KC earned a Bronze Star with his unit in the ETO during his enlistment with the U.S. Army. He was a bank examiner for the Federal Government for over 30 years. After retiring from bank examining, he worked at the First National Bank of River Falls.

He was an active member of Ezekiel Lutheran Church. KC was especially proud of the way his four grown children turned out.

KC is survived by his wife of 41 years, Millie; children, Barbara Ann Branch, Gregg Michael (Anne) Lowe, Mary Kay Lowe, Anne Marie Lowe; step-children, Dennis Paulson, Linda (Jim Sullwold) Paulson; grandchildren, Scott (Kia) Branch, Kristi (Pat MacNabb) Branch, Charena (Jaques) Ducharme, Andrew (Abby Jensen) Branch, Geolina Berens, Elizabeth Lowe, Kathryn Lowe, Noelle (Andreas Vitalis) Paulson, Joel Paulson; great-grandchildren, Courtney and Cameron MacNabb, Michael Ducharme, Sydney and Samantha Berens, Pavel Vitalis; many others relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 22, at Ezekiel Lutheran Church in River Falls. Visitation will also be Friday from 1-2 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in River Falls. Many thanks to Bakken-Young Funeral Home for their guidance, to the Wellhaven staff for their care, and the Lutheran Home for their kindness and direction.
