Roger E. Duncan, age 62, of River Falls, died unexpectedly on April 6 at Regions Hospital.

Roger E. Duncan, age 62, of River Falls, died unexpectedly on April 6 at Regions Hospital.
Roger was born on Feb. 27, 1950, in Siren, Wis., to Roy and Carol Duncan. He was employed at UFE in River Falls from 1968 until the plant closed in 2008. He married Betty Traynor in 1974, and they made their home in River Falls.
Roger will be remembered as an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting deer, small game, and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; his mother and stepfather, Carol and Bud Hofland; his sister, Linda (Glenn) Hall; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Duncan, and brother, Gary Duncan.
Services for Roger will be held on Thursday, April 12, at the Hill Funeral Home in Ellsworth. Visitation from 12-2 p.m. followed by funeral at 2 p.m. Interment will be at Hartland Cemetery.
