Joelle Spence Andreas, age 45, of Eden Prairie, Minn., formerly Spring Valley, Wis., died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Feb. 14.

Funeral service for Joelle will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Spring Valley, with Rev. Erin Nelson officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday from noon until 3 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
