Local woman Mary Waters, center, attended special training Oct. 25 and 26 at the Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota to learn more about transporting children with special needs. With her stand course instructors Tammy Franks and Jim Savage, as well as two child mannequins each wearing a leg cast.
