Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton (left) and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker used the aging Stillwater, Minn. lift bridge as a backdrop for a press conference Friday afternoon. The bridge project is slated to begin soon, with construction possibily to start in early 2014. The bridge will take about three years to complete once construction begins.
