For 15 years, Jerry Carter and Mel Germanson have anchored a spot on Main Street at Veterans Park after Thanksgiving to collect for the River Falls Food Pantry. Dubbed “The Grumpy Old Men,” the two River Falls men will be back at it Nov. 28 and 29.
