Lion Dancers from the Hung Vuong Association in the Twin Cities will lead a Chinese New Year Celebration starting at 6 p.m. Saturday before the Hot Air Affair’s Moon Glow. Dancers will perform at the Rock Elementary School launch field in celebration of The Year of the Dragon.
