Ezekiel Lutheran Church’s newly hired pastor, Mark Hall, is in the process of “moving in” to his office at the church last week. Pastor Hall led his first worship service in River Falls on Sunday and will be installed by a Lutheran bishop at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 15.
