River Falls residents Beverly Shepherd, left, and Sandy Bowen stand near the corner of Foster Street and Bartosh Lane where Shepherd has tended to her many flower beds for over 30 years, along with her husband, John. The beds include many perennials which bloom during different times of the year, keeping the street corner in constant color.
