Text of Gov. Scott Walker's budget address
Gov. Scott Walker's office released a transcript of his much-anticipated budget address Tuesday. In the speech, Walker says his plan will reduce overall state spending by 6.7 percent which will mean a $1.25 billion reduction in local revenue sharing. Walker was to deliver his address at 4 p.m.
