Girls’ hockey, gymnasts returning to state
The St. Croix Valley Fusion girls’ hockey team and the River Falls High School gymnastics team both earned return trips to state at their respective sectionals Saturday. The Fusion defeated Hudson 3-1 in a sectional final Saturday night at Hunt Arena while the Wildcat gymnasts took first at the 8-team Division 2 sectional tournament in Holmen.
